Fixed quotes
Every project starts with a fixed UGX price and a written launch date. If the scope changes, we agree the new price in writing before the extra work begins.
Revisions
Design rounds are included in your quote as described on the pricing page. Additional rounds are quoted separately.
Payment
We take a 50% deposit to book your start date and the balance on launch. Mobile money and bank transfer are both accepted.
Ownership
Once the final invoice is settled you own the delivered work outright, including the source files and your content.
Support
Every package includes the support window shown on the pricing page, covering fixes to work we delivered.
